Job summary

Doors Plus is looking for sales-driven professionals to join our team. You will visit customers’ homes to measure, quote, and present door solutions, requiring a vehicle and a valid licence. Weekends are essential to meet demand, and a Police Check within 6 months is required.

Base salary is paid weekly, with high commissions and extensive training provided to help you succeed in a competitive home renovation market.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• Determination to succeed, goal-driven, and enthusiastic.
• Must have a vehicle and a current Australian driver’s licence for home visits.
• Willingness to work weekends; weekends are busiest.
• Must be physically fit to move/unpack doors.
• National Police Check completed in the last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ homes to take measurements and provide quotes.

About The Role:

• We are looking for people with strong customer service skills. You need a can do attitude, determination to succeed, be goal driven and showenthusiasm.
• We are looking for competitive people who want to earn more than $100k p.a. and are willing to put in the effort to achieve it. We are looking for people who want a career in sales.
• You will need a vehicle and a current Australian driver’s licence because our measure and quotes are done at customers’ homes.
• Availability to work weekends is essential as weekends are our busiest time.
• You will be required to move doors, unpack doors etc. The necessary degree of physical fitness is required.
• Successful candidates will be required to produce a National Police Check completed in the last 6 months as a condition of employment.
• Base salary paid weekly.
