Job summary

Doors Plus is seeking sales-driven individuals to join our team in delivering home improvement solutions. You will visit customers at their homes to measure, quote, and close sales with a high-commission structure.

Applicants should have strong customer service, a proactive attitude, and be willing to work weekends. A current Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle are required; police check will be conducted.

About The Role:

• We are looking for people with strong customer service skills. You need a can do attitude, determination to succeed, be goal driven and showenthusiasm.
• We are looking for competitive people who want to earn more than $100k p.a. and are willing to put in the effort to achieve it. We are looking for people who want a career in sales.
• You will need a vehicle and a current Australian driver’s licence because our measure and quotes are done at customers’ homes.
• Availability to work weekends is essential as weekends are our busiest time.
• Successful candidates will be required to produce a National Police Check completed in the last 6 months as a condition of employment.
• Base salary paid weekly.
• High level commissions.
• Extensive Sales product and procedures training provided.
