Job summary

Clarendon Homes in the Southern Highlands seeks a motivated Sales Consultant to join our display centre team. You will manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contracts, working with greenfield, House & Land, Acreage and knockdown rebuild customers to deliver a premium sales experience.

We offer an uncapped commission structure, strong enquiry flow, and long-term career growth within Clarendon Homes under Campbell Property Group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential sales, preferably New Home Sales.
• Strong closing and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clarendon Homes at the display centre.
• Manage the full customer journey from enquiry to signed contract.
• Work with greenfield, House & Land, Acreage and knockdown rebuild customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium sales experience.
• Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment.

About you

• Proven experience in residential sales, preferably New Home Sales
• Previous experience within a project home builderwill be highly regarded
• Strong understanding of the Southern Highlands marketpreferred
• Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
• Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
• Professional approach with a customer-first mindset
• Able to thrive in a busy, high-performing display environment
