Job summary

Campbell Property Group invites applications for a Sales Associate to join the Domaine Homes display centre in Huntlee (Hunter Valley, NSW). You’ll greet visitors, help them explore Domaine Homes’ products, and guide them through the buying journey with friendly, proactive service.

You’ll work with a dynamic sales team, support marketing efforts, and keep the display and sales office presentation top-notch while registering leads and building relationships with prospective buyers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles at a display home is preferred.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, personable approach.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends.

Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate for our Domaine Homes team in Huntlee (Hunter Valley, Newcastle) NSW.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective home buyers, guiding them through the display centre experience and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team, supporting the sales process and helping clients find their dream home.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, informative experience at the display home
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotion of Domaine Homes’ residential products
• Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the display centre and sales office
• Register leads, distribute marketing materials, and build strong relationships with prospective home buyers

About You

To be successful, you’ll bring:

• A natural communicator with a personable, friendly approach
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
