Campbell Property Group (CPG), a leading residential construction and property development company, is seeking a Sales Associate for our Domaine Homes team in Huntlee (Hunter Valley, Newcastle, NSW). You will be the first point of contact for prospective home buyers, guiding them through the display centre experience and supporting the sales process.

This role is ideal for a proactive communicator with weekend availability, strong organisational skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Available to work 5 days including weekends.
• Friendly, proactive, and able to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience at the display home.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and record-keeping.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotion of Domaine Homes.
• Maintain presentation and professionalism of the display centre and sales office.
• Register leads and build relationships with prospective home buyers.
