InvoCare is seeking a customer-service oriented professional to join its community-focused team in Sydney. You will respond to inquiries, propose tailored solutions, and help families plan with care and empathy.

InvoCare is an industry leader within the funeral industry, we currently operate over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries and 29 crematoria, throughout Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and growing.

About you:

You have a background in customer service and sales and are looking for your next opportunity. You have worked in an industry with direct customer interaction and are wondering how to combine your experience into a role with heart.

About the role:
