Job summary

Plotter City in Sydney is seeking a part-time Sales Consultant to help customers select printers, consumables, and solutions. The role is hybrid with some WFH flexibility and requires engaging with new and existing clients to drive sales and revenue.

You will conduct product demonstrations, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and maintain CRM records. Travel within the Sydney Metro area for demonstrations and visits is expected, and commissions are uncapped.

Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid Sales Consultant role based in the Greater Sydney Area, with some flexibility to work from home. The Sales Consultant will engage with new and existing customers to understand their printing needs and recommend suitable printers, accessories, and solutions. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and following up on leads to drive sales and revenue. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment, and ensuring timely after-sales support. The Sales Consultant will also contribute to customer education on product features and promotions, supporting Plotter City’s reputation for excellent service.

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to maintain positive relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Experience in retail or B2B sales, ideally in printers, IT hardware, or related technology products.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and handle multiple customer interactions concurrently.
• Basic knowledge of printers, printing accessories, or willingness to learn quickly through training.
• Comfort using CRM tools, email, and common office software to track leads and update customer information.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Must have Legal Rights to work in Australia
• Availability of personal Car with proper driving licence is essential for travel within Sydney Metro area.
• This is an Uncapped Commission Only Role. Handsome Commission will be paid when sale happens.
