Job summary

Driva is looking for a Finance Sales Consultant to drive loan conversions end-to-end, owning the customer journey from application to settlement, acting as the face of Driva, and closing deals while delivering a consistent 5-star customer experience.

You will manage high-volume finance applications, lead discovery and negotiations, maintain a Salesforce CRM process, and upsell complementary product options to enhance the buying experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-performance sales experience managing pipelines of 100+ qualified prospects.
• Expert objection handling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Own CRM (Salesforce) case management, including document handling and application updates

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of high-performance sales experience managing pipelines of 100+ qualified prospects, with track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Expert objection handling, negotiation and closing skills

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Strong communication, problem-solving and time-management skills
• CRM experience (2+ years preferred)
• Fintech or startup experience a plus
