Job summary

MYKEY People is seeking a Direct Sales Consultant to join our automotive finance team in Launceston, Tasmania. You will handle inbound calls, assist with new loan applications and support dealer networks to grow customer relationships.

The role focuses on delivering excellent service within a finance environment and collaborating with Credit Approval and Compliance teams. We value strong communication, a proactive attitude and experience in banking or finance.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience in a banking or finance institution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an enthusiastic approach.
• Knowledge of NCCP and Asset finance is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience working for a Finance provider is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound sales and customer service calls regarding new loan applications.

• Knowledge of the NCCP and Asset finance will be highly regarded, but not essential.
