Job summary

MYKEY People in Canberra is seeking a Direct Sales Consultant to support automotive finance sales and customer service for loan applications. You will handle inbound inquiries, collect documents, and coordinate with Credit Approval, Settlements and Compliance teams to move applications forward.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, teamwork, and relationship-building with dealers and retail customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience working for a banking or finance institution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Knowledge of the NCCP and Asset finance will be highly regarded, but not essential.
• Working for a Finance provider is a definite advantage
