Job summary

The Smart Blinds Co is expanding in Sydney and seeking an ambitious In-Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Attend qualified appointments in customers' homes, conduct professional consultations and measurements, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will build rapport, understand customer needs, present premium solutions, and convert opportunities into sales, with comprehensive training and long-term career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, preferably B2C or consultative sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence handling objections and closing sales.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday.

Are you a proven sales professional looking for a genuine six-figure earning opportunity? The Smart Blinds Co is expanding in Sydney and seeking an ambitious In-Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

We specialise in premium outdoor blinds and innovative window furnishing solutions, helping homeowners improve their homes, privacy, comfort and outdoor living spaces.

This is a consultative sales role where qualified appointments are supplied. Your focus is on building rapport, understanding customer needs, presenting solutions and converting opportunities into sales.

The Role:

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will:

• Attend qualified appointments in customers' homes

About You:

You are confident, professional and motivated by achieving results. You enjoy meeting people, building trust and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.

You will ideally have:

Experience in outdoor blinds, awnings, home improvements, solar, kitchens, flooring, roofing, real estate, automotive or other high-value sales environments will be highly regarded.
