Job summary

Palm Lake on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a motivated sales professional to manage inbound enquiries, guide purchasers through the end-to-end process, and conduct display home tours showcasing the Palm Lake lifestyle.

You will build relationships, convert leads, maintain presentation standards, and coordinate deposits, settlements, and handover activities, while working closely with the Sales Manager for a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, ideally within the relevant target market.
• National Police Clearance (required)
• Real Estate Licence
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence
• Demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve conversion outcomes
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people from all backgrounds
• Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude with polished personal presentation
• High level of initiative, self-motivation, and accountability
• White Card (Construction General Safety Induction)
• Ability to work full-time in a fixed-term role
• Immediate availability preferred for immediate start

• Convert leads into purchasers while supporting sales targets and conversion outcomes
• Maintain presentation standards of display homes
• Communicate regularly with deposit holders to sustain engagement and support settlement outcomes
• Assist with purchaser selections, contract documentation, deposits, and handover processes
• Liaise with internal teams regarding settlements, build progress, and purchaser variations
• Support planning and delivery of promotional events and purchaser engagement activities
• Maintain accurate sales records, database management, and marketing collateral availability
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through settlement and handover
