Job summary

Ozcorp Projects T/A Anning Curtains & Blinds is seeking a motivated sales professional on the Gold Coast. You will greet customers in-showroom and at homes, understand their needs and guide them to curtain, blind or shutter solutions, while taking measurements and presenting quotes.

You’ll build lasting relationships, manage a local sales pipeline, and collaborate with installation and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth project completion and target achievement.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in window furnishings or related home interiors.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Genuine interest in interior design, fabrics and home styling.
• Able to understand measurements and technical details.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for local appointments.

You will work with customers from the initial enquiry through to the final sale, helping them select the right window furnishings for their home.

Key responsibilities

Meeting with customers in our showroom and in their homes

Understanding customers' needs, style and budget

Recommending suitable curtains, blinds, shutters, fabrics and window furnishing solutions

Taking and understanding measurements

Preparing and presenting quotations

Following up quotations and enquiries

About you

Has proven sales experience, preferably in window furnishings, interiors, furniture, flooring, kitchens, cabinetry or another customised product

Has excellent communication and customer service skills

Has a genuine interest in interior design, fabrics, colour and home styling

Is confident talking to customers and asking for the sale

Is organised and pays close attention to detail

Can work independently while also being part of a small team

Is professional, reliable and well presented

Has the ability to understand measurements and technical details

Holds a current driver's licence and own vehicle for local appointments
