Job summary

Highgrove Bathrooms on the Gold Coast is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant for a full-time position. This hands-on retail role blends showroom sales, customer service, stock handling and general store operations to help customers create beautiful bathrooms.

You'll welcome customers, assist with product selection, provide design advice, process sales via POS, and maintain a polished showroom. Previous retail experience and a proactive, team-focused attitude are essential.

We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in a full-time permanent position. This is a hands-on retail role that combines showroom sales, customer service, stock handling and general store operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers and providing outstanding service
• Assisting with product selection and showroom sales
• Providing product and design advice where appropriate

What We're Looking For

Experience or interest in interiors, renovation or bathroom products will be highly regarded.

Physical Requirements of the Role

This role includes a combination of showroom and warehouse duties and involves regular standing, walking and manual handling tasks, including safely lifting and moving products up to 15-20kg. Reasonable adjustments will be considered in accordance with applicable workplace and anti-discrimination legislation.
