Job summary

Highgrove Bathrooms in Geelong is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant for a full-time permanent role. This hands-on retail position combines showroom sales, customer service, stock handling and general store operations.

Experience in retail or customer service, strong communication, and a pro-active, team-oriented mindset are essential. Availability to work Saturdays is required, with staff discounts and ongoing training offered.

We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in a full-time permanent position. This is a hands‑on retail role that combines showroom sales, customer service, stock handling and general store operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming customers and providing outstanding service

Physical Requirements of the Role

This role includes a combination of showroom and warehouse duties and involves regular standing, walking and manual handling tasks, including safely lifting and moving products up to 15–20kg.
