Auto & General Australia in Kawana Waters is seeking driven Sales Consultants to join a vibrant, high-energy team. The role is permanent full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a rotating schedule between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, including a Saturday shift every 1 in 4 weeks.

You will guide customers through a tailored sales experience, matching them with Car, Motorcycle, Home, Contents insurance and Roadside Assistance, delivering an exceptional customer experience and building

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred for driving opportunities.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong communication and active listening to identify needs.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates to achieve targets.

Responsabilités

• Take inbound & outbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Utilise strong communication skills to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Meeting performance KPIs and sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company processes, systems, products, and brands, adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to team success, assist colleagues, and meet individual performance targets.

Your Journey Begins

• Commencement: Monday, 16th November 2026.
• Roster: This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week), operating on a rotational basis between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. You will be required to work a Saturday shift every 1 in 4 weeks.
