This permanent full-time role includes a 37.5-hour week, rotating 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with one Saturday every four weeks, and uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Take inbound & outbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.

• Knowledge & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company processes, systems, products, and brands, adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures.
