Jardan Australia in Brisbane is seeking a casual Sales Consultant to join our showroom team. You will drive retail sales, coordinate orders to delivery, and follow up on quotes with clients, architects and designers.

You’ll report to the Showroom Manager and contribute to a collaborative, design-focused and sustainable retail environment. The role emphasizes relationship-building and industry awareness in a thriving homeware and furniture setting.

Formación

• Experience as a sales consultant in design industry is beneficial.
• Qualifications in Interior Design or Furniture would be advantageous.
• High level of organisation with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and grow retail sales to achieve personal budgets.
• Manage, maintain and coordinate sales from order to delivery.
• Promptly follow up quotes via phone and email.
• Build warm and professional relationships with retail clients, architects and designers.
• Review and respond to activity reports from the National Sales Manager.
• Weekly activity reporting via inhouse system ensuring all sales activity is logged.
• Maintain the Showroom in accordance with VM presentation guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to inform strategies.
• Champion new initiatives to grow sales and improve business.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Assist with stocktakes when required.

What we are looking for :

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Casual Sales Consultant to join our Brisbane showroom team. Reporting to the Showroom Manager, you’ll bring a collaborative approach, a genuine interest in retail and design, and an appreciation for sustainability. You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming showroom experience and helping our customers find considered, beautiful pieces for their homes.

What the role entails :

• Assist with stocktakes when required
