Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience is encouraged.

• Support property listings from start to finish.

We’re looking for a Sales Associate / Sales PA to join Professionals Kallangur and work directly with the Principal. This is the perfect role for someone who’s motivated, confident with people, and ready to learn sales skills that can build a long-term career.

You’ll get training, structure, support, and hands-on experience across the full sales process.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting property listings from start to finish

• Talking with buyers and sellers (calls, texts and emails)

• Helping with open homes and appointments

• Keeping the CRM/database updated and organised

• Helping with marketing (photos, signboards, brochures, online ads)

• Assisting with contracts and admin tasks

Prospecting is a big part of this role

You’ll also be doing daily lead generation, including:

• Cold calling buyers and sellers

• Prospecting calls to book appraisals

• Door knocking

• Letterbox drops

If you’re consistent and not afraid of talking to people, you’ll do well.
