Job summary

Goldstate Homes is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support the residential building sales team across Melbourne. The role focuses on client and partner relationships, packaging, information coordination and timely communication to promote and sell homes.

Training provided with progression toward a Business Development Manager/Sales Consultant role in about 12 months. You’ll start by assisting with relationships with clients, agents and property investment groups, while building product

Qualifications

Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
Strong communication skills for client and partner interactions.
Willingness to learn and take on greater responsibility.

Responsibilities

Assist with management and growth of relationships with clients, agents, and property investment groups.
Coordinate marketing materials, brochures, and property information.
Maintain regular communication with clients and partners.
Undertake general administrative tasks as required.
Ensure timely communication and support to sales groups.
Coordinate available stock and package information.
Deliver a high level of service.
Support other business activities as required.
