Job summary

Kollosche on the Gold Coast is seeking a Sales Associate to join a high-performing team serving the luxury property market. You will manage databases, identify opportunities, and set appointments while prospecting face-to-face and by phone.

You will handle buyer callbacks, book appointments, and liaise with vendors and buyers, driving strong relationship management. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years in a real estate co-agent role, superb time management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a real estate co-agent role.
• Strong time management with ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Excellent presentation and personal standards; proactive and accountable.
• Excellent communication and customer service, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

About the opportunity

You will be working in a high performing team, as a Sales Associate.

You will be responsible for:

• Database management, identifying opportunities and setting appointments;
• Prospecting face to face and via telephone;
• Buyer call backs;
• Buyer appointments;
• Liaising with vendor and buyers;
• Relationship management;
• Responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email.
• Other duties as requested.

About you

• You will have a proven track record with at least 2 years' experience in a real estate co-agent position;
• You will have a high degree of time management skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
• You will have an eye for detail in your work and also in your presentation and personal standards;
• You will have a high degree of personal accountability, strive to achieve your KPI’s and own your results;
• Experience with Agent Boxwill be held in high regard but is not essential;
• Work with initiative and a high attention to detail;
• Excellent organisation and management skills.
• You must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work under pressure and to deadlines and manage your time effectively. You will be a part of a collaborative team and should be committed to a long-term career in real estate.
• Experience in real estate sales and with Agent Boxwill be held in high regard. A current QLD real estate registration certificate is essential.
