Job summary

R.M. Williams in Brisbane seeks a Part Time Sales Associate for our Indooroopilly store. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge and provide styling advice to create an exceptional shopping experience.

Work with the team to maintain visual standards and support store operations, replenishment and repairs. You will be a brand ambassador who helps drive sales with service and solutions. We offer a uniform allowance, 40% staff discount, monthly bonus potential, paid parental leave, paid

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail or hospitality in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong drive to meet and contribute to sales targets through service and selling.
• Ability to learn product knowledge across fashion, footwear and accessories.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to learning and delivering on operational requirements.
• Passion for working positively and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by welcoming and equipping customers with product knowledge, expert advice and a memorable store experience.
• Assist the Manager and team in maintaining a high level of visual presentation within the store.
• Strive to deliver on sales targets and KPIs through service and solutions-focused product recommendations.
• Deliver on all operational requirements of the store, including replenishment, housekeeping, remerchandising, endless aisle fulfillment and repairs and care.
• Act as an R.M Williams brand ambassador at all times.

What you will be responsible for

What we are looking for

• At least 1 year of experience working within a retail or hospitality business in a fast-paced environment
