Job summary

R.M.Williams Parramatta is seeking a Sales Associate to join our brand-new Parramatta store set to open in late November 2026. You will work as part of a team supporting Store Management to create a profitable business while delivering an iconic Australian retail experience.

The role suits someone with footwear or premium fashion retail experience and a passion for customer service. Training at existing Sydney stores before opening, a generous product allowance, 40% staff discount, bonus schemes

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience within a fashion or footwear retailer.
• Proven ability to meet and contribute to sales targets.
• Ability to learn quickly and develop exceptional product knowledge across our range of fashion, footwear and accessories.
• Excellent communication skills when interacting with customers, managers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care by welcoming and equipping them with product knowledge, expert advice and a memorable store experience.
• Actively selling products and developing relationships with new and existing customers; providing follow up and after sales care to customers.
• Assisting the Store Manager with daily tasks.
• Working towards achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure the store is kept presentable and in-line with Visual Merchandising standards to maximise sales potential.

Sales Associate - Parramatta

We are currently seeking retail professionals who wants to combine their passion for customer service with working for an Iconic Australian retailer, in our new Parramatta store. The role will see you working as part of a team supporting Store Management to create a profitable business.

This brand-new store is projected to open in late November 2026. The successful candidate will be required to complete training at one of our existing Sydney stores prior to the opening.

The ideal candidates will have experience working for a footwear or premium fashion retailer and will be responsible for the following:

• Providing customer care by welcoming and equipping them with product knowledge, expert advice and a memorable store experience
• Actively selling products and developing relationships with new and existing customersProviding follow up and after sales care to customers
• Assisting the Store Manager with daily tasks
