Job summary

WorkTrybe in Sydney CBD is hiring multiple Sales Associates for a fast-growing Australian fintech. If you're a recent graduate or have telesales or customer service experience, this role offers a serious career in sales.

You will spend you days on the phone with Australian business owners, making high-volume outbound calls, qualifying leads and driving KPIs. Expect warm leads, training, coaching, and clear paths for progression, with potential Friday work-from-home after probation.

Qualifications

• Recent university graduate seeking first corporate opportunity.
• Experience in phone sales, telesales, call centres or customer service advantageous.
• Confident on the phone and motivated by targets.
• Able to earn through uncapped commissions and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Graduate? Great on the phone? We're recruiting multiple Sales Associates for a fast-growing Australian fintech and we're looking for ambitious people who want to build a serious career in sales.

You might be a recent graduate looking for your first corporate opportunity. Or you might already be working in telesales, a call centre, recruitment, insurance, telco, memberships, customer service or retail sales and know that you're good at talking to people.

Either way, if you're confident on the phone, motivated by targets and want the opportunity to earn $100K in your first year , we want to hear from you.

You'll spend a large part of your day on the phone speaking with Australian business owners .

You’ll be responsible for:

• Making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
• Starting conversations and identifying sales opportunities
• Asking the right questions to understand customer needs
• Qualifying potential customers
• Handling objections and building rapport
• Working towards daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
• Developing your sales, negotiation and commercial skills
