Amir Prestige on the Gold Coast is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support a Lead Agent in prospecting, buyer management, inspections and campaign coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in prestige property sales and mentorship from an established industry professional.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will support the Lead Agent across prospecting, buyer management, inspections, campaign coordination and daily sales activities. You will develop the practical skills, market knowledge and confidence required to build a successful long-term career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct prospecting calls and door knocking to build relationships with prospective vendors
• Liaise with buyers to understand their property requirements
• Assist with open homes and private inspections
• Coordinate suppliers and tradespeople when required
• Provide administrative and marketing support
• Maintain an accurate, organised and up-to-date client database
• Deliver exceptional service throughout every client interaction

About You

• A minimum of six months’ experience within the real estate industry
• A current Queensland Registration Certificate or Real Estate Licence, as applicable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A polished and professional presentation
• A proactive attitude and genuine desire to succeed
