Job summary

Amir Prestige on the Gold Coast is seeking a Sales Agent Associate to support the Lead Agent across prospecting, buyer management, inspections and campaign coordination. This role offers hands-on experience and mentorship within a leading prestige real estate agency.

You will develop practical skills, market knowledge and confidence to build a long-term career in prestige property sales, while providing administrative and marketing support and fostering client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months’ experience in real estate.
• Current Queensland Registration Certificate or Real Estate Licence.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Polished and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospecting calls and door knocking to build relationships with prospective vendors.
• Liaise with buyers to understand their property requirements.
• Assist with open homes and private inspections.
• Coordinate suppliers and tradespeople when required.
• Provide administrative and marketing support.
• Maintain an accurate, organised and up-to-date client database.
• Deliver exceptional service throughout every client interaction.

About the Role

As a Sales Agent Associate, you will support the Lead Agent across prospecting, buyer management, inspections, campaign coordination and daily sales activities. You will develop the practical skills, market knowledge and confidence required to build a successful long-term career in real estate.
