Job summary

Marble Group in Geelong seeks a Sales Associate to provide administrative and client support within a high-performing sales team and contribute to the full sales journey in residential construction.

The role involves preparing contracts via DocuSign, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with Sales Consultants, and driving process improvements, with Saturday to Wednesday work, and a supportive, fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• Must have strong administrative and process-driven experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce is highly regarded.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to provide vital administrative and client support within their high-performing sales team.

The successful candidate will be required to work Saturday - Wednesday.

The Role:

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Sales Consultants and clients
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and sales activity
• Prepare and issue contracs via DocuSign
• Manage and update CRM systems ensuring accurate lead and client records
• Assist in identifying and improving process efficiency across the sales function

To be successful, you will need:

• Strong administrative and process-driven experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the construction space
• Strong communication skills with a professional approach to client service
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and personality types
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded)
