Job summary

Recruit and Consult is seeking a dynamic sales leader to manage a team of real estate sales agents, associates and administrators in Gosford. You will drive performance, coach for results and ensure the team has the skills, systems and support to excel.

In this growth-focused role you will lead daily activity, conduct meetings and reviews, recruit talent, manage targets and budgets, and partner with HR, finance and compliance to sustain high performance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong sales process and knowledge of real estate market practices.
• Ability to coach, mentor and improve agent performance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car required.
• Occasional Saturday availability.
• Base salary plus performance bonus.
• Work Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.
• Access HR, finance and compliance support.
• Annual CPD training costs covered.
