Smokemart and GiftBox Tweed City is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service, manage cash handling and EFTPOS operations, and maintain strong product knowledge across all pillars of the business. You will contribute to store standards, merchandising, and presentation while working towards budgets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Providing high levels of customer service and building rapport
• Sound Cash Handling and EFTPOS
• Learn and maintain solid product knowledge across all pillars of the business
• Maintain high level of store standards, assist with merchandising and presentation
• Work towards budgets, targets and KPI’s
• Assist with stock control and quality management
