Happytel Retail Group in Melbourne is seeking a Casual Smartphone Specialist to join our Knox Shopping Centre team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrate device features, and assist customers with basic repairs, while supporting store operations and POS workflows.

This casual role welcomes enthusiastic learners with a passion for retail. Training is provided, and there are opportunities to progress within a close-knit team.

• Collaborate with the store manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
• Efficiently process orders, both in person and over the phone, demonstrating strong POS skills for timely deliveries and enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an attractive and organised store layout through effective visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.

Role:

Casual Smartphone Specialist (equivalent to sales assistant)

Wage:

$34.76 /hr (incl. casual loading - *Junior rates apply)

Key Duties and Responsibilities
