Happytel, a global leader in mobile device accessories and repairs, invites applications for a Full-time Smartphone Specialist (Sales Assistant) at our Bayside Shopping Centre store in Frankston, VIC.

You will provide expert guidance, help customers maximize device features, and assist with basic repair services while supporting the store team to deliver outstanding service.

As an exciting and innovative retailer, we are looking for a passionate and motivatedSmartphone Specialist/Sales Assistantthat enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.

Role: Full-time Smartphone Specialist (equivalent to sales assistant)

Wage: Annual salary based on experience ($59,000 - $62,000 plus super, bonus & incentives)

Location: K043 Bayside Shopping Centre 28 Beach St, Frankston VIC 3199

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide our customers with a memorable shopping experience, offering expert guidance and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Show customers how to maximise their device's features, ensuring they get the most out of their technology.
• Offer basic smartphone repair services and help our customers identify their device issues and needs.
• Collaborate with the store manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
• Efficiently process orders, both in person and over the phone, demonstrating strong point-of-sale (POS) skills for timely deliveries and enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an attractive and organised store layout through effective visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.
