Qualifications

Role Description

The Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Romsey, VIC, supporting the sales team in delivering high-quality service to buyers and sellers. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with property listings, preparing sales documentation, coordinating inspections and open homes, and maintaining accurate records in the agency’s systems. The role involves regular customer contact, responding to inquiries, providing property information, and supporting agents with follow-up communication. The Sales Assistant will help manage calendars and appointments, support marketing activities such as online listings and brochures, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth sales processes. This position requires a proactive, organized individual who can provide reliable support in a fast-paced real estate environment.
