Job summary

Savers Ringwood is seeking a part-time team member to sort and price donations, preparing items for the retail floor.

You will engage with customers and donors, support a fast-paced production environment, and contribute to a safe, collaborative shop floor. Availability is Monday to Friday 7:30am–3:30pm, with a focus on helping the community through our mission.

Qualifications

• Availability for part-time 37.5 hours – Mon to Fri 7.30am - 3.30pm.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as retail, production, warehousing or hospitality.
• Team player who helps others meet team goals and deliver great service.

Responsibilities

• Accepting donations on behalf of partners.
• Pricing, grading and hanging product for the shop floor.
• Engaging with customers and donors to share the Savers story and provide excellent service.
• Work with your team to meet daily production targets.
• Support a safe working environment and follow safety practices.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager at our Ringwoodstore, you will be responsible for treasure hunting – sorting donations from our charity partners and then getting the products ready for our retail floor.

A typical day might include:

• Accepting donations (treasures!) on behalf of our not-for-profit partners
• Meeting and engaging with our wonderful customers and donors, and sharing the Savers story with them to ensure they receive excellent service and have a meaningful Savers experience
• Pricing, grading and hanging product so that it is ready to head out onto our retail floor
• Working with your team to make sure you all meet daily production targets
• Supporting our safety culture.

About You

To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will have a mix of the following:
