Job summary

Blue Illusion Pty, a boutique retailer in Lane Cove, NSW, is seeking a Part Time Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain a beautifully presented store environment.

Work approximately 12 hours per fortnight (Mondays and every second Sunday). You'll join a supportive team, gain clothing discounts, and have access to seasonal attire allowances while helping customers find stylish, French-inspired pieces.

About the Role

We're looking for a Part Time Sales Assistant to join our Lane Cove boutique working approximately 12 hours per fortnight (working a Monday & every 2nd Sunday roster). This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive team, helping to create exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the day-to-day success of the boutique. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy building genuine connections with customers, have a passion for delivering outstanding service, and take pride in maintaining a welcoming and beautifully presented retail environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating exceptional customer experiences through personalised service and styling advice
• Processing deliveries and maintaining an organised stockroom
• Assisting with online order fulfilment and click‑and‑collect orders
• Supporting visual merchandising to showcase our collections and brand standards
• Building strong product knowledge to confidently assist customers
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve boutique goals

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for customer service and creating meaningful connections
• Previous retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience (fashion retail experience is highly regarded)
• A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and late‑night trading during peak season
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
