Job summary

Blue Illusion Erina is seeking a Seasonal Casual Sales Assistant to join our boutique during the busy peak trading season. You’ll deliver personalised service, styling advice and maintain a beautifully presented store environment.

This role runs from October through 31 January 2026 with potential extension. You’ll work with a friendly team, support stock, deliveries, and online orders while upholding our Joie de Vivre and community involvement.

About the Role

We're looking for a Seasonal Casual Sales Assistant to join our Erina Fair boutique during the busy peak trading season. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive team, helping to create exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the day-to-day success of the boutique. This seasonal opportunity will run from October through to the 31st of January 2026, with the potential to extend out the contact into the new year. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy building genuine connections with customers, have a passion for delivering outstanding service, and take pride in maintaining a welcoming and beautifully presented retail environment.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for customer service and creating meaningful connections
• Previous retail, hospitality or customer‑facing experience (fashion retail experience is highly regarded)
• A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and late‑night trading during peak season
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
