Blue Illusion Indooroopilly is seeking a Part Time Sales Assistant to join our boutique team. You will deliver personalised customer service, help with styling and present a welcoming store environment in Indooroopilly.

We value fashion passion, strong communication, and flexibility to work Thursdays, Fridays and weekends on a 30-hour fortnight roster. Join a supportive team that loves French-inspired fashion, sustainability, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience (fashion retail preferred).
• Genuine passion for customer service and relationships.
• Flexible to work across weekdays, weekends and late nights during peak season.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Part Time Sales Assistant to join our Indooroopilly boutique working approximately 30 hours per fortnight (working a Thursday, Friday and alternative weekend roster). This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive team, helping to create exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the day-to-day success of the boutique. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy building genuine connections with customers, have a passion for delivering outstanding service, and take pride in maintaining a welcoming and beautifully presented retail environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail, hospitality or customer‑facing experience (fashion retail experience is highly regarded)
• A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and late‑night trading during peak season
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
