The role requires a warm personality, 3+ years in retail/hospitality, full working rights in Australia, and availability across early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver warm, memorable customer experiences as a Casual Sales Assistant in the retail precinct of the Royal Women's Hospital in Parkville. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a brand that helps patients, visitors and staff celebrate, comfort and connect through the gift of chocolate.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Working 2 to 5 shifts per week across a rotating 7-day roster
• Supporting merchandising, stock handling and store presentation
• Contributing to a high-performing team focused on sales targets and service excellence
• Representing the brand with confidence and charisma, delivering thoughtful customer interactions

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years' experience in retail, hospitality or customer service
