RecruitShop, a family-owned Australian gourmet chocolate retailer, seeks a Casual Sales Assistant for the Royal Women’s Hospital retail precinct in Parkville. You will deliver warm, memorable customer experiences for patients, visitors and staff.

Key duties include 2 to 5 shifts per week on a rotating 7‑day roster, merchandising, stock handling and tidy presentation, and contributing to a high‑performing team focused on sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Warm, welcoming personality and strong interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and passion for visual merchandising.

Responsabilités

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver warm, memorable customer experiences as a Casual Sales Assistant in the retail precinct of the Royal Women's Hospital in Parkville.
