Job summary

PPG Industries in Capalaba is seeking a Sales Assistant for our Taubmans Trade Centre to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to trade and retail customers. You will learn product expertise, support colour matching and help prepare orders, with full training provided.

No paint experience is required; hands-on roles suit active, customer-focused individuals who want to grow within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, hardware, trade supply, warehousing or a similar customer-facing environment will be highly regarded.
• Paint experience is not required.

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Taubmans Trade Centre in Capalaba and become part of a team that takes pride in building genuine relationships and delivering great customer experiences every day.

No paint experience? No problem!

If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, trade supply, customer service or another hands‑on environment and enjoy helping people, we’ll teach you everything else.

The setup

• Full-time permanent position (38 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday roster between 6:30am and 4:30pm
• Occasional Saturday shifts between 7:00am and 11:30am
• Based at our Capalaba Trade Centre
• Full product and systems training provided
