Nu-Tank is seeking a Sales/Marketing Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role directs the development and implementation of sales strategies, sets targets and drives growth across all channels.

Responsibilities include promoting goods and services, building brand image, identifying market opportunities, developing pricing plans, and maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships. Demonstrated sales/marketing leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Nu-Tank manufactures polyethylene tanks, feeders and troughs. Retailing water tanks, molasses and dunder tanks, diesel storage tanks, transport, industrial tanks, firefighter units, wet and dry lick feeders, water and molasses troughs, pumps and accessories, round steel tanks and self-bunded tanks.

Nu-Tank is seeking Sales/Marketing Manager to join their team of professionals in a full-time and permanent. The role includes but is not limited to: Directing the development and implementation of sales strategies and setting sales targets in order to maximise an organisation's sales and customer loyalty

Directing the development and implementation of strategies to promote an organisation's goods and services to as many people as possible Directing the development and implementation of strategies to generate increased consumption of an organisation's goods and services through the creation and reinforcement of 'brand image' or 'brand loyalty' Directing the development and implementation of strategies to build and maintain an organisation's image and reputation with its customers, investors and the wider public

Identify market opportunities and advises on the development, coordination and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting an organisation's goods and services. To be considered for this role you must have: Demonstrated successful sales and marketing management experience

Proven ability to drive professional sales process from plan to close Strong business acumen Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to produce quality sales proposals Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships. Proven success at managing new product development and commercialisation

Willingness to learn the technical features of our products and materials. Self-motivated, highly organised, punctual and reliable Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

Can work independently or as part of a team Great work ethics

Salary: Between $75,000 and $85,000 per annum + Super
