Job summary

Aspire Hospitality Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive business development across its Albany venues. Based at 70 Stirling Terrace, you will expand corporate events, functions and group bookings while promoting group products and partnerships.

You will manage client relationships, prepare proposals and track ROI. The role combines hospitality with technology and offers incentives on new revenue and superannuation benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales in hospitality, retail or technology.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Odoo or similar) and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Find and win new business: corporate events, functions, catering and group bookings.
• Grow accommodation and venue revenue through partnerships and B2B accounts.
• Implement Zinga, Alby and Goldroom products with venue and partner clients.
• Manage key client relationships and renewals.
• Prepare proposals, tenders and grant applications.
• Track pipeline, revenue and ROI and report monthly.
• Represent the group at industry and networking events.
