Job summary

Aspire Hospitality Group Pty Ltd is seeking skilled Cooks for our Albany venues. Join a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment across Six Degrees, Chanya Thai, and Venice Albany.

You will set up a section, cook to recipes, and help maintain high standards of food safety and presentation. This permanent, full-time role offers visa sponsorship for eligible candidates, staff meals, venue discounts, and clear career progression to Chef and senior kitchen roles.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and food safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Availability for weekdays, weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe, portion and presentation standards.
• Set up and run a section during service.
• Follow food safety, storage and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Monitor stock of ingredients and report shortages to the Head Chef.
• Keep the work area clean and organised.
• Support training of new kitchen staff.
