Job summary

Core Talent is seeking an Estimator / Sales Representative for a well-established Australian manufacturer of aluminium windows and doors. You will drive new business, nurture key relationships and grow an existing customer base across residential and commercial markets.

This hands-on role combines estimating and sales, requiring strong negotiation, project assessment and the ability to translate plans into competitive quotes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, estimating or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong track record of generating new business and winning sales opportunities.
• Experience in building, construction, windows and doors is highly regarded.
• Ability to understand construction plans and customer requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with the confidence to approach new customers and develop relationships.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple quotes, tenders and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
