Balance Recruitment and Balance Consulting is seeking a Revenue Operations/Commercial Analytics professional in Sydney. You will own the entire revenue data flow from first touch to deal closure and ensure CRM integrity, driving cross-functional inputs from sales and marketing.
You will generate weekly and monthly reports for the leadership team, interpret trends, and present findings with data-backed reasoning.
Our client is a well established MSP that has been solving business problems for Australian mid-market organisations since 2002 and they are in a growth phase.
They can see what comes in the top of their sales funnel. They can see what closes. What happens in between is murkier than it should be, and that is where you come in.
You will own the integrity of the revenue data from first touch to closed deal. That means the CRM is accurate because you make it accurate, and it means chasing sales and marketing for inputs they have been avoiding.
You will produce the weekly and monthly reporting the leadership team runs on, and present it to them once a month. They want your read on what changed and why, with the numbers behind it.
You will document sales process, spot the manual work worth removing, and specify it clearly enough for the CEO to automate it.
You will not need to build AI agents. You will need to recognise where one would help.
You report directly to the CEO, and you will have the mandate to change how this business runs.
If you need clean data before you can start, this is not for you. Their is not clean, and fixing it is the job.
$95,000 to $115,000 base plus superannuation, depending on experience. Sydney based. You will be in the office full time for your first three months, because this role runs on relationships and those are built in person.
Hybrid after that. Direct access to the CEO and a real say in how they operate.
