Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions in Tamworth, NSW, is seeking an experienced Sales Agronomist to deliver pasture agronomy advice and product solutions in-store and on-farm. You will build long-term client relationships, support farmers with agronomic insights, and participate in field days across Tamworth and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales activity and call-cycle management.
• Sound customer service, organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• A tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science (or a related discipline).
• Experience advising on agricultural chemicals and fertiliser.
• A current Australian driver’s licence.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, while identifying opportunities to grow your portfolio.

Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, you’ll work closely with an established client base across Tamworth and surrounding areas, providing expert pasture agronomy advice alongside product solutions both in‑store and on‑farm.
