Hearing Australia is seeking a Community Hearing Advisor to support the Darwin Hearing Centre and Sales teams. You will attract new clients through events, leverage national campaigns, conduct outbound calls, and build strong relationships with stakeholders such as GP practices, pharmacies, retirement villages and community groups.

Community Hearing Advisors organise promotional opportunities, including screening events, and proactively manage referrers within their territory.

Qualifications

• Current driver licence and own vehicle.
• Sales/marketing background in healthcare is desirable.
• Team player with ability to work across teams.
• Strong organisational and computer skills with multitasking ability.

Responsabilités

• Attract new clients to Hearing Australia through events and campaigns.
• Lead outbound call campaigns and build stakeholder/referrer relationships.
• Organise promotional opportunities including hearing checks at events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with GP practices, pharmacies and community groups.

About the opportunity

As a Community Hearing Advisor, you will work alongside the Darwin Hearing Centre and Sales teams. You’ll enjoy a variety of activities including attracting new clients to Hearing Australia through running successful events, leveraging national campaigns, conducting outbound call campaigns, and building strong relationships with stakeholders & referrers such as GP practices, retail pharmacies, retirement villages and community groups.

Community Hearing Advisors organise and lead promotional opportunities that include conducting hearing checks at screening events and proactively managing key stakeholders / referrers within their territory.

About you

We believe to be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a current driver licence and own a reliable vehicle
• Have a sales and marketing background in the healthcare industry (highly desirable but not essential)
• Be a Team Player as you will be working with many different teams throughout Hearing Australia
• Possess strong organisational and computer skills, and the ability to multitask
• Experience with planning events to exceed targets
• Demonstrate excellent people skills, a passion for exceptional customer service and the ability to develop and maintain mutually rewarding relationships with our clients and stakeholders
