Job summary

Independent Living Specialists – Mackay is seeking a Full-Time Sales Administrator to support our growing team in Mackay. This fast-paced but rewarding role requires accuracy and efficiency in handling quotes, invoices, rentals and sales with customers.

You will engage with customers, identify referrals to internal departments and liaise with showroom staff to deliver excellent service in the Allied Health industry. A customer-focused, proactive communicator will thrive here.

• Facilitate the quoting and invoicing, rental and sale of products.

• Taking service repairs and maintenance queries over the phone and actioning
• Liaise with customers, and other internal departments to get the best outcomes for our customers.

We seek a Full-Time Sales Administrator to provide support to our growingteam in Mackay. This is a fast paced but very rewarding role, that will require you to work efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Facilitate the quoting and invoicing, rental and sale of products.
