Timberlink Australia & New Zealand is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator & Executive Assistant on a fixed-term contract commencing in early October 2026 until May 2027, based at our head office in Scoresby. We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator & Executive Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract, commencing in early October 2026 until May 2027, based at our head office in Scoresby.
Reporting to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, this role provides key administrative and coordination support across the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service function. Responsibilities include coordinating sales and quality reporting, supporting customer and team events such as mill tours, conferences and expos, and managing associated merchandise and event requirements.
The role also provides support to the Scoresby office, assisting with day-to-day office needs and, at times, supporting clients and visitors. Acting as a key point of contact for the site, the position helps coordinate internal and external matters relating to the Scoresby office.
As required, the role will provide administrative and coordination support to the Executive Leadership Team. This includes general and financial administration, travel coordination, invoice and expense processing, and support for company-wide events and conferences.
