Job summary

Macmahon is seeking an underground grader operator to support production targets at a Goldfields region project. You will operate CAT 12M graders safely, maintain roads, and follow planned instructions within a skilled crew.

The role emphasizes strong safety practices, teamwork, and a reliability mindset to uphold a positive work culture across multiple sites in WA/NT.

Responsibilities

• Safe, efficient operation of the CAT 12M graders or equivalent.
• Maintain and build haul roads and access roads in active mining areas.
• Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately.
• Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules.

About the R ole

Operate graders to safely meet production targets across our Underground operation at a project in the Goldfield’s region . You’ll wo rk within a skilled and experienced team .
