Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager in Sydney to own end-to-end client migrations and platform upgrades. You will sit with the client team and drive each migration from kickoff through environment cloning, upgrades, validation, and production cutover, ensuring controlled, certified outcomes.

The role combines technical delivery, quality control, and client relationship management. Strong communication under pressure is essential for success on this 3–4 month contract.

Qualifications

• Experience owning end-to-end delivery of client migrations.
• Strong client-facing communication and technical fluency.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Migration Execution: environment cloning, platform upgrade, validation & certification, cutover with stage gates.
• Certification & Quality Control: ensure validation and certification before production.
• Wave & Batch Execution: allocate clients across migration waves by complexity, TPS, dependencies.
• Cutover Execution: plan, coordinate production cutovers, readiness checks and rollback planning.
